Friends & Family not allowed to stay in the room / apartment / house. For any special occasions please reach out to SliceRent.
No Smoking in the apartment / house.
30 Days Advance Notice Period is required for vacating the room.
Any damages will be claimed.
Deposit will be refunded within 7 business days from the day we receive the key.
All vehicles should be parked in the designated area.
SliceRent apartment / house maintenance is supported by Apartment / House Management Maintenance.
Be respectful and maintain silence for other roommates' privacy.
